Terms
A money order, bank wire transfer, company check, Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card must be used to pay for orders with a minimum value of 200 euros.
All new clients asking for terms are required to submit a Bank Letter of Credit or a Credit Application.
Except for things whose price is directly wholesale or the result of a written quote based on quantities, all items are priced at their current rates. Cooperation terms are subject to modification at any time. All quoted prices are ex-works and exclude VAT, packing, freight, insurance, and customs fees.
Returns
Within 30 days of when the consignment note was issued, returns are acceptable.
Unless we've made a mistake, the sender is always responsible for the costs. In this instance, our business pays for shipping.
We are unable to accept things that have been used or destroyed.
The value of the credit will be 20% less than the purchase price of the goods in the event of a forced return after the first 30 days and up to 60 days, and 30% less from 60 to 90 days. After 90 days from the purchase date, returns are not permitted.
